At POCKET SCENT, your order is shipped directly from our supplier to your door, anywhere in Israel. Here is everything you need to know.
Where do we deliver?
We deliver across Israel, to your home or work address.
Delivery times
- Order processing: 1 to 3 business days.
- Transit: 10 to 25 business days on average after dispatch.
- Estimated total: about 2 to 4 weeks.
These times are estimates. They may vary depending on the period (holidays, sales, high demand) and customs checks.
Shipping fees
Shipping fees are calculated automatically and shown before payment. You always see the final price before confirming your order.
Tracking your parcel
- You place your order and receive a confirmation e-mail.
- Your parcel is prepared and shipped.
- You receive an e-mail with your tracking number.
- You follow your parcel until it is delivered.
Tracking can take 2 to 5 days to update after dispatch. This is normal.
Orders in several parts
If you order several items, they may be delivered in several parcels, with different tracking numbers.
Delivery address
Please check your address and phone number carefully before paying. The carrier may call you for delivery. An incorrect address can delay or prevent delivery.
Late, lost or damaged parcel
If your parcel has not arrived after 30 days or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number (and a photo if the parcel is damaged). We will find a solution with you.
